1. San Martin Square
Here in Plaza San Martín we will talk about the surrounding monuments, we will comment on the independence of Peru and its two liberators, Don José de San Martín and Simón Bolívar

2. Gran Hotel Bolivar Lima
We will learn about the origin and history of the Gran Hotel Bolívar, and especially about the famous pisco called La Catedral, which holds the title of the best pisco sour in Peru.

We'll go to Jironear, which is a walk along Jirón de la Unión, visiting its historic buildings and learning about its ancient and modern traditions.
