For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
P Dock at the Marina is in front of Plaza Bonita, aside of a ramp (entrance for boats). Each dock has a letter on the top of the door which is easy to see. The guide will be there to open the gate for you.
Pickup Information
We will send you a message prior to your activity to coordinate the pickup point and time. Please arrive at the location 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If you are not at the meeting point within the agreed time, you will forfeit your transportation and will be responsible for getting to the activity meeting point ("P" dock) by other means at your own expense. Maximum waiting time after the scheduled time: 5 minutes. For hotels that are not listed within our transportation zones, we can provide service for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
