Meeting Point is at Las Cañadas Adventures office located at Caracol Museum, 1st Floor. Only 750m (7-min walk) from your cruise ship. Once you exit the Cruise Terminal, you will see our office just across the street. Please arrive 15 min early!
Redemption Instructions
Meeting Point: Please head to the Las Cañadas Adventures Office, located on the first floor of the Museo Caracol building. Directions: The total distance from your cruise ship to our office is approximately 750 meters (7-minute walk). Once you exit the cruise terminal, our office building is located just across the street. Important: Our office entrance is on the exterior of the Museo Caracol building; you do not need to enter the museum. Look for the Las Cañadas Adventures signs on the outside. Arrival Time: Please arrive at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled departure/pickup time for a smooth check-in process. Please have your digital or printed Viator voucher ready. The Lead Traveler must present a valid photo ID to redeem the tickets for the entire group.
