Overview
Enjoy downtown pickup, then settle into a luxury small-group coach limited to 14 guests. After a 90 minute ride, exit the mini coach and explore Niagara-on-the-Lake. Wander historical streets, browse charming boutiques, and sip artisanal coffee, then join the rest of the group for an expert-led tasting at a local winery. Board the mini coach again then drift along the scenic Niagara Parkway with narrated highlights as you take in views of Whirlpool Rapids, Queenston Heights, and the Floral Clock. At Niagara Falls, linger at Table Rock Centre for epic Horseshoe Falls vistas. In summer, feel the mist on the Niagara City Cruises boat; in winter, explore the tunnels on Journey Behind the Falls. 1. Pickup at select hotels. If hotel pickup point not selected, pickup point will default to 55 York Street West for 9AM
2. Stroll heritage streets, cafés, bakeries, boutiques, and local wine shops in Ontario’s prettiest town.
3. Savour a hosted tasting at a Niagara winery, where your guide introduces local wines. Winery location subject to change based on availibility
4. As we drive past the Welland Canal, you'll be witnessing a vital piece of Canadian infrastructure that plays a key role in international trade. The Welland Canal is a man-made waterway that connects Lake Ontario to Lake Erie, bypassing the Niagara Falls and allowing large ships to travel between these two great lakes.
5. As we drive past the Mackenzie Printery and Newspaper Museum, you’ll be seeing a significant piece of Canadian history. This museum, located in Queenston, celebrates the legacy of William Lyon Mackenzie, a key figure in the Rebellions of 1837 and the founder of Canada’s first newspaper, the Colonial Advocate.
6. As we drive past Fort George, you’ll be viewing a key historic military site from the War of 1812. This national historic site is where the British forces, along with their allies, made a stand against the American invasion of Upper Canada.
7. Your unforgettable visit to Niagara Falls continues with a view at the Whirlpool Rapids where you’ll witness the Niagara River at its most intense.
8. Nestled along the scenic Niagara Parkway, the Floral Clock is one of Niagara Parks’ most beloved and photographed landmarks.
9. Your visit to Niagara Falls wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Table Rock, one of the best spots to witness the awe-inspiring power of the Horseshoe Falls.
