Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Location: Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB Nearest tube station: Waterloo Please Note: This is a timed and dated entry ticket to London Eye. Please arrive to the London Eye with your e-ticket ready at the time and date shown on this voucher. The busiest period at London Eye is between 12 noon and 3pm - please be aware it may take longer than usual to get to your redemption point. E-tickets can be displayed on a mobile device. Attraction staff will scan the barcodes shown on your e-ticket. Children up to 15 years may not enter the attraction unless accompanied by someone 18 years or over. If you purchased Champagne Experience please note this is a shared experience so visitors will share a pod with other people. The London Eye operates Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest.
