Pickup Information

We provide free delivery and pickup to all major hotels and resorts in Maui. Once booked, we’ll confirm your delivery time and exact drop-off location at your accommodation. Standard delivery occurs by 3:00 pm on the first day of your rental (aligned with typical resort check-in times). Delivery is not available to the Kaanapali Alii due to property access restrictions. Travelers staying at this location must select an alternate accommodation for delivery.
