Go to the London Eye Pier (boarding point 2) 15 mins prior to your booked cruise time with your ticket ready to be scanned. The London Eye can be used up to 90 days from the date of your cruise. It will be the number after “Tour operator confirmation no.” and before the two underscores. Once your London Eye time entry has been booked in through the portal your original ticket and barcode will give you access to The London Eye. Families with Children: Families with young children are advised that baby buggies cannot be taken on to the flight, unless they are folded up and carried on (must be folded down before joining the boarding queue)
