Please Note: The London Eye will be closed Jan 5 - Jan 18 2026 **BOOKED AND PAYABLE BY VIATOR** Please note: The London Eye River Cruise will be your first attraction booked with timed entry which you have chosen on the time of the booking and cannot be changed. Go to the London Eye Pier (boarding point 2) 15 mins prior to your booked cruise time with your ticket ready to be scanned. The London Eye can be used up to 90 days from the date of your cruise. For a seamless experience, you can also book the date and time for The London Eye via the Attractions Booking Portal To do this, please click the link to log in: https://me-loneye.secure-cdn.meg-eu.accessoticketing.com/booking-portal/ To login: 1) on the field order number, enter your tour operator confirmation number found on your e-ticket . It will be the number after “Tour operator confirmation no.” and before the two underscores. (For example 570649534__UKEYLON should just be 570649534. 2) Use the following e-mail address when prompted: customer@viator.com then you will see a box on the left side of the page. choose your type of ticket and click at each attraction to choose the other dates and times of visiting. Once your London Eye time entry has been booked in through the portal your original ticket and barcode will give you access to The London Eye. Families with Children: Families with young children are advised that baby buggies cannot be taken on to the flight, unless they are folded up and carried on (must be folded down before joining the boarding queue)
