This tour ditches the tourist haunts and gets straight to what makes Louisville tick: its food. As we wander Museum Row and the riverside, you'll indulge in spirit-infused chocolates revealing deep notes of Kentucky's finest bourbon, bite into a Short Rib Grilled Cheese with braised short ribs, gruyère, provolone and caramelized onions on toasted homemade brioche, and dip warm pretzels into zesty beer cheese, a regional staple with deep Kentucky roots. Because we keep groups to a maximum of 12 guests, it feels like exploring with a friend who knows all the best spots.
