Things you need to know.... Your Schedule pick up time, will be send via Extranet of Viator, please wait for the actual pick up time, will depend on the hotel you are register in, and can go from 7:00 am to 8:20 am  If you do not have a pick-up time, please give us a call, or ask your concierge / Hotel clerk to help you communicate with us.  (+506-2479-1471) • Bring Towels • Swimming Suites (If waterfall is too heavy because of rain, they will not allow to swim. But that’s all up to weather.) • Hiking shoes • Sandals • Extras Spare clothing • Bug spray • Sun lotion • Binoculars • Camera or phones • Rain Gear (umbrellas work fine / Ponchos) • Lunch will be a Costa Rican Meal Call “Casado” - Which is Rice, Beans, Green Salad, potato, Tortillas, Fried Plantains, and the protein that you can choose between fish, chicken, pork, beef or vegetarian, and a fruity juice.Let us know in advance any allergies, and health issues Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Free pick-ups are only for hotels in the Fortuna area. If your hotel does not appear on the list, you can go to the different meeting points. Our staff will tell you which one is the most convenient for you and also the pick-up time. . There is no pickup in the San Jose area, or in the Guanacaste area small groups We pick up early to avoid as many people on the trails and maximize the opportunity to find wildlife
