Redemption Instructions
You must bring your printed or digital voucher and an official ID with photo. You must redeem your voucher at the Ticket Office at Embarcadero Isla Mujeres Km 4.5 Hotel Zone, Cancún. Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. For your own safety, you must follow all the crew indications and remain seated during the trip.
