Meeting and Pickup
The Maritime Terminal of Playa del Carmen is located downtown, just at the end of 5th Avenue and the Paseo del Carmen shopping zone. At this terminal, you can take the ferry to Cozumel.
Redemption Instructions
You must bring your printed or digital voucher and an official ID with photo. You must redeem your voucher at the Ticket Office at Terminal Maritima de Playa del Carmen. Children and teenagers must be in companion of an adult all the trip. For your own safety, you must follow all the crew indications and remain seated during the trip. Consider to be at the Terminal Maritima de Playa del Carmen with enough time if you want to document luggage. If your wearing wet cloth or with sand, you must use the outside seats. In case of bad weather, the authorities, through the Port Office, would indicate if the navigation is safe. Bring an extra change of clothe because If your wearing wet cloth or with sand, you must use the outside seats. Bring cash or your credit card to purchase snacks and beverages during your trip.
