Meeting and Pickup
Upon arriving at the AirTime facilities, please park your vehicle and proceed to the reception, where you should present your ticket to the staff member in charge. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
Pickup Information
Pickup time will depend on your location and may be a few minutes earlier or later. We will inform you of the approximate time we will pass by to pick you up. Depending on the operation, transportation may be delayed by up to 10–15 minutes. If you are staying at a hotel, please be ready and wait at the reception/lobby If your location is outside our pickup range, please contact us to arrange your pickup (an additional fee may apply), or you can meet us at our meeting point at Sloth Park in La Fortuna, where we offer free and secure parking.
