Depending on the operation, transportation may be delayed by up to 10–15 minutes. If you are staying at a hotel, please be ready and wait at the reception/lobby If your location is outside our pickup range, please contact us to arrange your pickup (an additional fee may apply), or you can meet us at our meeting point at Sloth Park in La Fortuna, where we offer free and secure parking.
