Information for the customer (Know before you go) • Please check your email the day before the tour for important details from Rosotravel, your tour operator. • The itinerary depends on the selected option. • Tickets to the Royal Observatory and Thames Boat Cruise are not included in the 2-hour tour. • Royal Observatory tickets are valid for a specific date and time, with skip-the-line access—please arrive promptly. • Your private guide will not accompany you on the Thames cruise; skip-the-line tickets will be provided. • The cruise offers audio commentary via smartphone in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Mandarin. • Please note: the cruise ends at Westminster and does not return to Greenwich. • For 3-, and 4-hour tours, museum policy allows one licensed guide per 1–5 guests.
