Please note that Tuan Chau International Marina has two halls, so make sure to go to "A Hall". Also, please ensure arrive at the designated time of no later than 11:30am Please contact us once you have arrived. If we are unable to locate you at the departure time, we will proceed with the trip.

After booking and one day before departure, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp/Gmail to confirm the pick-up and meeting location, and we will proactively handle the ticket changes after we have picked up the customer.
