Redemption Instructions

Note: Your booking is already confirmed with no need of reconfirmation. Please provide pick up place, full legal name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality as soon as possible. Not providing your information may result in cancellation of your tour. Please present your printed voucher to the representative on the day of your tour. In case you have an emergency or need extra information regarding your service, you may call our 24 hours department at +511 6101900 (ext 255 or 279).

Pickup Information

Please Note: This service doesn't include pick up in private residencies, example; Airbnb Address: If your hotel is not listed, you need to coordinate with anticipation an appropriate meeting point. One day prior your service, you will receive an e-mail indicating your pick up time.
