Good to Know

• Child policy:
• Children under 16 years are free of charge. Tickets can be collected directly onsite.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Alternatively, they can travel unaccompanied if they have proof of air travel such as a valid flight booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required.

• Opening hours and train schedule may vary. Check the official website prior to your visit.
• First Class ticket holders are eligible to use Heathrow's Fast Track Departures service. Excludes Heathrow's Fast Track Arrivals service. Entry is valid for Business First ticket holders only and not Standard Class passengers. If you are travelling with children, your Business First ticket must clearly state the number of children. Business First tickets must be presented along with your boarding card to the officer at the Fast Track entrance.
• Heathrow Airport to London Paddington:
• Please follow the signposts in Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. The station is located within a few minutes' walk.
• Heathrow Terminal 5 station is inside the terminals. Lifts and escalators provide step-free access to check-in or arrivals.
• If you are arriving at Terminal 4, take the free inter-terminal train to Terminals 2 and 3, and change for the Heathrow Express.
• London Paddington to Heathrow Airport:
• Trains usually depart from Platforms 6 and 7 at London Paddington.
• For Terminal 2 or 3, board any train and get off at the corresponding terminal. Journey time is 15 minutes.
• For Terminal 5, get on the London-Heathrow train at Paddington, stay onboard as you pass Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3, and alight at Terminal 5.
• For Terminal 4, change at Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3, then catch the free transfer service. These connecting trains depart every 15 minutes.

Description

Experience a comfortable and convenient journey between Heathrow Airport and Paddington Station with a standard ticket for the Heathrow Express. Your first trip must be taken from Heathrow Airport on your selected travel date, while the return journey from Paddington Station can be made using the open-dated return ticket, valid for one month from the travel date.
