Good to Know

• Child policy:
• Children under 16 years are free of charge. Tickets can be collected directly onsite.
• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Alternatively, they can travel unaccompanied if they have proof of air travel such as a valid flight booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required.

• Opening hours and train schedule may vary. Check the official website prior to your visit.
• PREMIER+ ticket holders are eligible to use Heathrow's Fast Track Departures service. Excludes Heathrow's Fast Track Arrivals service. Entry is valid for PREMIER+ ticket holders only and not Standard Class passengers. If you are travelling with children, your PREMIER+ ticket must clearly state the number of children. PREMIER+ tickets must be presented along with your boarding card to the officer at the Fast Track entrance.
• Heathrow Airport to London Paddington:
• Please follow the signposts in Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. The station is located within a few minutes' walk.
• Heathrow Terminal 5 station is inside the terminals. Lifts and escalators provide step-free access to check-in or arrivals.
• If you are arriving at Terminal 4, take the free inter-terminal train to Terminals 2 and 3, and change for the Heathrow Express.
• London Paddington to Heathrow Airport:
• Trains usually depart from Platforms 6 and 7 at London Paddington.
• For Terminal 2 or 3, board any train and get off at the corresponding terminal. Journey time is 15 minutes.
• For Terminal 5, get on the London-Heathrow train at Paddington, stay onboard as you pass Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3, and alight at Terminal 5.
• For Terminal 4, change at Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3, then catch the free transfer service. These connecting trains depart every 15 minutes.
