• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Can't find your hotel? Try typing its name in the search bar of the dropdown menu. If you don't have a hotel, please contact us once you've made your reservation to tell us your accommodation's location so we can arrange a pickup point for you. Your pickup time will be confirmed via email after you make your reservation. A confirmation will be sent again via email or WhatsApp 24 hours before your tour with your pickup schedule. Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will be holding a sign. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
