Redemption Instructions

• This is an all-weather activity. Please pack a rain jacket if required. • A disclaimer form must be filled prior to participating in the activity and is available onsite. • Enclosed footwear is required. Avoid footwear with heels or loose fitting footwear. • Comfortable clothing is recommended. Avoid skirts or dresses. • Weight Limit: 135kg (participants less than 35kg or under 8yrs old will be required to ride tandem) • Long hair must be tied back. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not suitable for pregnant women after the first trimester • Tours are available daily. Tour times will vary seasonally. If the tour is full, we will contact you to book you to an alternative session.
