- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Redemption Instructions
Once you will be at Los Lagos Hot Springs you only will need to show your ID, is not necessary to shown your voucher. You must arrives to the place on your own way unless you have booked a ticket with transportation. If the shared shuttle (only from La Fortuna) is included, you must send the name of the hotel as soon as possible to the email info@ticoparadisecr.com or by WhatsApp at +1 312-940-7044. Cancellations are accepted until 24 hours in advance.
Pickup Information
We will pick up all clients staying in hotels near La Fortuna center and the Arenal Volcano National Park. If your hotel is not on the list, please let us know the name as soon as possible by direct message.
