For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Important: The meeting point varies according to the day of the performance. Please check the location for your date carefully. 1. Delivery time: You must show up at the drop-off point 30 minutes before the start of the event. Ticket delivery will only take place in that period. There will be no deliveries once the feature has started. 2. Delivery point: "TUESDAY, FRIDAY AND SUNDAY" We will meet in front of the BanBajío bank, on Av. Río de la Loza, a few steps from Arena México. A team member will be waiting for you with a red umbrella for easy identification. "SATURDAYS" We will meet in front of the shop "Essence - Paladium" located a few steps from the Metrobus station "Republic of Chile" and near the Arena Coliseum. A team member will be waiting with a red umbrella for easy identification. 3. Delivery of tickets: You will need to show your reservation number to receive your physical tickets. 4. Access to the event: With your ticket in hand, you will enter the Arena on your own. Before entering, you will need to pass through the usual security filter as part of the access to the enclosure.
