If your flight land in Heathrow Terminal 4 or 5 your meeting point will be in front of Costa Coffee. We monitor all flights. We have set pick up times as guidelines, we mainly go by flight arrival time. If your flight is delayed or comes in early then the pick up time will change accordingly. Your tour time is 6 hours including 2 hours journey time to and from London. Your tour time will start from the moment you are met with your driver in the arrival hall. If your flight is delayed and you come out late, you will not lose out on your touring time.
