Hero or villain? In Lucha Libre, you'll have to choose a side. Start at a mezcalería near the Historic Center with a tasting of 5 artisanal mezcals from southern Mexico (or a non-alcoholic cacao drink) and guacamole. Then walk to Arena México, the "Cathedral of Lucha Libre," learning the rules, rivalries and the técnicos (heroes) vs. rudos (villains). Inside, sit together facing the ring for 2 hours of live action. Pick your favorite luchador, cheer loud and take home your own mask! About 4 hours, mostly in English.
