Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Guests can find the Unlimited Biking store at 79 Chambers Street between Broadway and Church St. Check in at the front desk!
Redemption Instructions
For your safety and the safety of the group, all tour participants are required to wear the provided helmets for the duration of the tour. Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes. For questions, please email sales@unlimitedbiking.com. Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
