For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early. Your guide will meet you at the equestrian statue of Louis the XIV in front of the Louvre Pyramid. A representative will be there holding a sign with The Tour Guy on it.
Redemption Instructions
MEETING POINT: Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early. Your guide will meet you at the equestrian statue of Louis the XIV in front of the Louvre Pyramid. A representative will be there holding a sign with The Tour Guy on it. • Large bags, backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, and tripods cannot be brought into the Louvre. In general, any items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted in the museum. There is no coat check on site and the lockers are not accessible to us on the small group tour. We encourage you to leave such items and anything similar at your accommodation. • Photography without the use of flash in the permanent collection exhibition rooms, under certain conditions. Photography and filming is strictly prohibited in the temporary exhibition rooms. • It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 10 - 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Mandatory: Everyone is required to carry a copy of the identification page of their passports on all tours. A photo of the first page of your passport saved on your smartphone works as well. • The tours involve a fair amount of walking and sometimes stairs and uneven terrain; comfortable shoes are always recommended. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours. • We will be subject to a security check at the entrance to all sites. Depending on the volume of visitors, we may have a short wait in the security line. • TTG reserves the right to alter itineraries for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events. • TTG runs tours rain or shine and no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.
