For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at the statue next to the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in front of the Louvre Museum, opposite the pyramid at the entrance of the Tuileries Gardens.
Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. • All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. • Security measures are enforced at the Louvre. Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside. No item larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm will be allowed. • Areas visited during this tour are subject to closure. Your guide may need to modify areas visited on the day of the tour. • The Louvre is subject to closures due to strikes. If time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point. • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. • Walks and Devour comply with all local government regulations. Please refer to local government guidelines for the most up to date information. • Photography is allowed. No selfie sticks. • Closed bottles of water are allowed, food is forbidden inside the site.
