Redemption Instructions
Our default meeting point for this tour is Old Melbourne Gaol, 377 Russell St, Melbourne (across the street from Space Hotel) @8:00am. Alternatively, if you wish to change your pickup location please contact our friendly reservations team at +61393931333. What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes, beanie & gloves, and warm clothing are recommended. Snow Equipment Hire: Guests can arrange this on arrival to Lake Mountain Resort, at their own expense payable on arrival. No pre-bookings required. Only Lake Mountain-provided toboggans may be used on the Village Toboggan Run, Mini Toboggan Run, and Koala Creek Run (if open)—no private sleds or makeshift slides allowed. While you may bring your own cross-country skis or snowshoes, these must be hired or sourced off-premises (e.g., in Marysville) before arrival. Lake Mountain only provides clothing and snow boots. Please note there are no ski lessons offered on the mountain this 2025 season. This itinerary is subject to change, due to extreme weather conditions and snowfall. No prams or strollers are permitted.
