• Travelers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes before the time shown on the Viator voucher. Late arrivals may miss the entry time, and refunds or cancellations will only follow the company’s cancellation policy. • St. Peter’s Basilica is an active place of worship and may close without notice for religious services or Vatican events. In such cases, access to the Basilica is not guaranteed and cannot be included in this service, in accordance with Vatican regulations. • Entry to St. Peter’s Basilica is free. This ticket does not include any paid access or reserved entry to the Basilica. • A valid photo ID (passport or driving license) is required for security checks. Entry may be denied without proper identification. • Please ensure that all participant names exactly match their ID documents. Incorrect or missing names may result in denied entry, and new tickets may need to be purchased under Vatican Museums rules. • The Sistine Chapel may close without prior notice due to religious holidays, ceremonies, or papal conclaves. No refunds will be issued in these cases. • Entry tickets will be delivered digitally via WhatsApp on the same day, according to our company policy.
