Overview
The Leopold Museum, located in Museumsquartier, features a premier collection of Austrian art from the second half of the nineteenth century. Curated for over five decades by Rudolf and Elisabeth Leopold, they established the world's most comprehensive Egon Schiele collection with over 220 works. Included in the collection are major creations by Gustav Klimt, Richard Gerstl, Oskar Kokoschka, and Alfred Kubin.
