Redemption Instructions
If you are Vegan or Gluten free you must contact us at least 24 hours before departure to advise. We cannot offer these special requirements on the day of your tour. Please also contact us about the parks pass and link to purchase pass. Hotel/Caravan Parks collection will start from 5:45am. Please note if you are staying at Oaks Elan/Luma Luma, Argus apartments or the Cav please meet at Mantra Pandanas in Knuckey Street. Please contact Litchfield Escapes at least 24 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your tour and pick up time. Please call 0456 893 160.
Pickup Information
If your hotel/Caravan Park is not on the list then we don't pick up from where you are staying. Please call us to find the closest landmark to you. We pick up from 90% of places in Darwin CBD and some Caravan Parks. We do not pick up from Northern Suburbs, Air BNB, Robertson Barracks and Darwin airport or private residences or vacation rentals. (Unless it is in a hotel). Please note if you are you are staying at The Cav, Oaks Elan, Luma Luma and Argus apartments you must go to the Mantra Pandanas in Knuckey Street. Please note pick up times start from 5.45am and we depart the city by 6am. Our first stop is the Jumping Croc cruise at 7.30am. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO RECONFIRM YOUR TOUR AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
