Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss additional passengers or luggage. • Over the limit charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges are payable to driver as a cash payment on the day. • Inform the supplier of the age of the children traveling with you in order us to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel. • Enter your list of destinations and pickup time in the special instruction field when completing your booking form. • Please provide a passenger mobile number including international dialing code.
