Pickup Information

If you are arriving at the airport, please always provide the correct flight number. Upon your flight’s arrival, our designated driver will be waiting at the arrival terminal, holding a tablet displaying your name. The driver will monitor your flight and adjust for any delays. The pickup time selected during the booking process is only an approximate estimate, as the driver will be present at the exact time of your flight’s landing. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp active in case of emergencies. If you are departing from your hotel or accommodation, please ensure that you provide the correct and complete address of your hotel in Milan city center. In this case, the maximum waiting time at the hotel is 15 minutes.
