Redemption Instructions

Once you have booked your tour please email us at info@visitlondontaxitours.com to tell us your pick up location in central London and your cell phone number so we can let you know we have arrived.  Our out of hours and emergency contact number is +447956522358 if you need to call us.

Pickup Information

We can pick you up and drop of at any central London location or hotel. We will text you on the cell phone you provide us with before your tour. We will tell you the name of your guide and his/her cell phone number. They will let you know when that have arrived at the location. Heathrow airport and Gatwick are not in central London. They are both over 1 hour's drive from central London. If you book a tour and want to be picked up from Heathrow, we need to arrange your transfer and additional charge.
