Redemption Instructions

A Best Day Representative (wearing an official uniform, a name tag and a distinctive palette with our company logo) will be waiting for you in the Welcome Area, located outside the airport terminal, to assist you with all aspects related to your transportation to the Ultramar Maritime Terminal where you can board the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Waiting times are minimal and we guarantee the best personalized service. You will receive the Welcome Kit with information of your interest and an appointment to meet with the Best Day Representative at your hotel who will provide you with general information about the destination, excursions, tours and other details about your transportation back to the airport.

Pickup Information

Pickups are only made at the Ultramar Ferry Dock in Puerto Juárez, ferry tickets are included. Transportation within the island is not included. Please indicate the name of your hotel to be able to schedule the service
