Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

A Best Day Representative (wearing an official uniform, a name tag and a distinctive palette with our company logo) will be waiting for you in the Welcome Area, located outside the airport terminal, to assist you with all aspects related to your transportation to the hotel. You will receive the Welcome Kit with information of your interest and an appointment to meet with the Best Day Representative at your hotel who will provide you with general information about the destination, excursions, tours and other details about your transportation back to the airport.

Pickup Information

Pickups are only made from hotels in the Akumal area. Please send us the name of your hotel in order to schedule the service.
