Pickup Information

After making your reservation, please provide your flight details and a WhatsApp number for easy communication. We monitor your flight and adjust the pick-up time in case of delays. Upon arrival, your driver will receive you with a personalized sign with the name of the reservation holder at the relevant meeting point: • Terminal 2 (National Arrivals) : Welcome Bar • Terminal 2 (International Arrivals) : Welcome Bar Terminal 3: Margaritaville Bar Terminal 4: Welcome Bar For arrival transfers, the driver enters the terminal approximately 20 minutes after landing his flight, giving him enough time for migration, baggage and customs. If you booked a round trip, we will contact you one day before your departure to confirm the pick-up time from your hotel.
