Meeting and Pickup
Find the boat station "Sul e Sueste" next to Commerce Square. Meeting point: inside the boat station, in front of our ticket office # 8 "Nosso Tejo"
Redemption Instructions
Timing & Punctuality: - Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in. - The boat departs at the scheduled time, and we cannot wait for late arrivals, as the boarding dock is shared with other operators, and we must respect our docking slot., Late Arrivals = No Show = No Refund: If you arrive after the departure time, it will be considered a No Show, with no refund. ALERT - Open Boats and Weather Conditions: Some of our boats are open and do not have shelter in case of rain, wind, or less favorable weather. Tours in these conditions are not cancelled. We provide disposable rain ponchos and advise guests to bring clothing suitable for the weather. No rescheduling or refund is available in these cases. Technical Issues / Adverse Weather or Navigation Conditions: If the tour cannot take place due to technical issues or adverse weather or navigation conditions (as determined by the skipper), rescheduling will be offered. If the client prefers, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations & Refunds: - Cancellations with refund are only accepted up to 24 hours before departure.
