Pickup Information

Airport Arrivals (BKK & DMK): Your chauffeur or airport representative will greet you inside the arrivals hall, holding a LuxMove sign with your name. Please look for our team after clearing immigration and baggage claim. Airport Waiting Policy: Drivers will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. If your flight is delayed, we will track it and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Hotel Pickups (Bangkok City): Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will meet you at reception and assist with luggage. Roundtrip Bookings: If you have booked a roundtrip transfer, please confirm your departure flight details and pickup time with us after your arrival transfer.
