Thank you for your booking! Please have each participant review the waiver at the website below, waivers will be completed upon meeting, please advise of any medical conditions before meeting. https://www.freeheelinadventures.com/waiver Please come with waxless nordic skis, boots and poles and dressed for winter weather with warm layers, water proof jacket and pants, hat, mittens, neck warmer, hand and toe warmers.
