Redemption Instructions

• Please provide correct flight number so we can arrange a drop off at the correct terminal.  • Please inform us in advance if you travel in business class/Premier class. • Provide passenger mobile number including country dialing code. EX: 001 = US, 0091= India or email address. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible.
