Pickup Information

You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from London to Airport Transfer. Your driver will collect you from Hotel reception or accommodation in London and drive you safely to Airport Transfer. Please provide your departure flight details on your booking form so we can inform your pickup time via an email or you can request your own pickup time. Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation. Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £6.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. We need passenger email address or mobile number with international dialing code to be able to communicate with the passenger on the day. This information can be add on the "note" or "special requirements" section on the booking form. Entering exact number of passengers on the booking form and checking the suitability of the vehicle for the amount of luggage you have prior to booking your transfer, helps us to provide you with a stress free ride to London.
