Redemption Instructions

This Ticket is not a pass to any sites to visit The specified touring time starts from the moment you meet your driver in the arrival hall, so you will not lose out if your flight is delayed! Touring ends either at a London airport or at your central London hotel** within the advised timings. So please be aware that the journey to your final destination counts in regards to your touring time allowance.. Chauffeurs provide a panoramic tour with historic highlights to and from the sites visited but are not accredited tour guides. The tour descriptions are suggested itineraries, the passengers may visit any other sites within the tour areas that they may wish to visit, time permitting. The driver will discuss any specific requests with passengers on the day. Unfortunately, due to UK regulations chauffeurs are unable to escort clients into historic sites and are prohibited from offering highlights within the sites. Blue badge accredited guides are available upon request (subject to availability and additional costs detailed below). The Blue Badge is the qualification of the UK's professional, registered tourist guides. *Blue badge guides are not included on the tours

This is ideal for those who have a very short time to spend in London, and want make the most out of this visit. We will pick you up from Heathrow bring you into London and then drop you at your hotel or back to Heathrow. London Heathrow Airport has 5 Terminals, and each terminal have different meeting points. For Terminal 4 & 5 meeting point is in front of Costa Coffee for Terminal 2 & 3 meeting point is in front of WHSmith. Once you have picked up your luggage or cleared custom, please make your to your meeting point in the arrival hall. Your driver will be there waiting for you with a name board.
