Redemption Instructions

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible but will accommodate a foldable wheelchair. This service includes 4 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. If going beyond the 4 hours, the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £50 per hour for the Sedan and the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.

Pickup Information

As this is a private vehicle hire, you can select your own pickup time to suit you. Stonehenge opens daily at 9.00 am In the summer months with last entry at 7.00 PM and the winter at 9:30 AM with the previous entry at 5.00 PM. Windsor Castle opens daily at 9.30 AM In the summer months with last entry at 5 PM and the winter at 9:45 AM with the previous entry at 3.00 PM. Our recommendation is to go to Stonehenge first as this is the longest drive, Get in before the crowds arrive and then make your way back to Windsor Castle just in time for afternoon tea or if you prefer to go to Windsor castle first, that is fine just let us know. A good time to leave London in the morning is at 8 AM; departures are available between 7.30 AM and 10 AM for this tour.
