Your driver meets you at the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time, helps with your luggage, and drives you to Windsor Castle before continuing on to Southampton. Windsor Castle Stop On the way to Southampton Cruise Port, your driver will make a dedicated stop at Windsor Castle, the official residence of the British Monarchy for over 900 years. This iconic stop offers a unique glimpse into royal life and centuries of British history. Your driver will drop you at a convenient location near the castle entrance. From the moment your driver drops you off, you will have 90 minutes to explore at your own pace. You can visit the State Apartments, St. George’s Chapel, or enjoy the charming shops and riverside views of Windsor town. Please ensure you return to the meeting point within this time, as extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. If you would like to spend more time at the site, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to arrange this. After your visit, your driver will be waiting to take you directly to Southampton Cruise Port or your hotel in Southampton. Please note that admission to Windsor Castle is not included in the price of the transfer and must be purchased in advance through the official Royal Collection Trust website. The drive from Central London to Windsor takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes depending on traffic. Service Coverage This private service is valid one-way between Central London and Southampton Cruise Port. Please note that our standard pick-up service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. Luxury: Up to 2 Passengers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on suitcases. Each passenger may also bring one handbag or backpack. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non-foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed cruise departures. If your cruise ship is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion.
