Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Meeting Point: Golden Tours Stop 1, Bulleid Way, London SW1W 9SR Duration: 65-70 minutes Please note: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time. Tables may be shared with other guests. If travelling with friends booked under a different reference, please notify our team. For any special meal requests, please email reservations@goldentours.com at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. All special requests are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required. There are no toilets on-board. Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck, but will need to occupy one of the fixed position seats. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 3 are not allowed on this tour. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
