Redemption Instructions

At Stonehenge now the Audio Guides are no longer available to purchase now you will have to go on to the App Store on Apple or Google Store to download the Stonehenge app for free which acts as an Audio Guide and internet access is not required to listen to the Audio Guide once is downloaded. Recommended to download before arriving at Stonehenge. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable This service includes 2 hours of viewing time (waiting time) at Stonehenge. If the clients go over 2 hours or require additional waiting time the additional charge is applicable, paid to the driver in cash on the day, £55 per hour for the Sedan and for the Minivan and the 8 Seater Van will be £60 per hour.

Pickup Information

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
