Redemption Instructions

Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time that you have specified on your booking details and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van. Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 24x16x10 inches / 62x43x26 cm (23 kg to 50 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Travelling with suitcase with dimensions bigger than the big suitcase will be considered as 2 big Suitcases. Please note: These are standard sizes used across the industry. Our vehicles are among the largest available, but even other suppliers will follow similar luggage guidelines.
