Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/ voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. London Eye meeting point and departure address: London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop, London, SE1 7NA Aldwych meeting point and departure address: Covent Garden, Aldwych, Outside The Waldorf, Bus Stop D Duration of the tour: Approx. 60 minutes Additional Information: Please be at the meeting point minimum 15 minutes before the tour start time Guests may have to share tables. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required. There are no toilets on-board. Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck but will need to occupy one of the fixed position seats. For any special meal requests please email reservations@goldentours.com at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. All special requests are subject to availability. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Under 5s are not allowed. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
